Are your products all natural?

Yes! We only use the finest natural ingredients we can find. This includes natural oils, butters, clay, salts, and herbs. So that means no parabens, SLS, SLES or phthalates or GM ingredients. Just amazing natural and organic ingredients.

Why is organic better?

We want to run a company that stands for our values; simplicity, high quality and sustainability. We support organic farming because crops are produced by using only environmentally and animal-friendly methods. They prohibit the use of synthetic fertilisers and severely restrict pesticides, meaning that crops are fertilised naturally by crop rotation, compost and manure. It's a much better solution for the environment and many people are turning to organic farming because factory farming is often cruel and unsustainable. Our products contain organic ingredients that are certified by the Soil Association. 

Should I do a patch test before applying the products to my skin?

While we create our products with only natural and gentle ingredients we still always recommend that customers patch test products before introducing them into their daily routine. Patch testing ensures your new product suits your skin and means that were you to develop a reaction you would be able to discover it without causing unnecessary discomfort. To patch test a product, apply a small amount to the inner arm and leave for 24 hours and observe for any reactions. If none occur, repeat this process on the neck, applying a small amount and leaving for 24 hours and check for a reaction. If the area of skin looks healthy and feels lovely then you're good to go

Is it safe to use the products during pregnancy?

For the first trimester we recommend our fragrance free editions. For the second and third trimester all of our products are safe to use. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and are concerned, we highly recommend that you seek medical advice from a doctor or midwife. 

What is the shelf life of the products?

Since our products are truly all-natural and we do not use any artificial preservatives at all, our products have a shelf life of at least 12 months. If our products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer. As we use Vitamin E our products have inherent extended shelf life as this helps keep the oils in their freshest and most potent form. We recommend using skincare products within 6 months of opening.

Are your products tested on animals?

Our entire range is cruelty-free. We never, ever test on animals.

Are your products safe for people with nut allergies to use?

Please check the ingredients in each product before ordering. Be advised that our products are prepared in an environment where nut ingredients are used.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

All of our products are vegan-friendly as we do not use beeswax but a vegan friendly and equally effective cadillila wax

Can the packaging be recycled?

Our packaging is made from recyclable and reusable cardboard, aluminium and glass. Our beard oil have plastic top to secure the glass dropper
